Freedom Auto Repair Terms of Service

Welcome to Freedom Auto Repair. These Terms explain how our auto repair services, appointments, estimates, communications, and repair orders work. By scheduling service or authorizing repairs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Freedom Auto Repair is operated by Profit Hub Consultants, a corporation, doing business as Freedom Auto Repair.

In short: These Terms apply to your use of our website and auto repair services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to customers who are at least 18 years old.

3. Appointments and Payment

Payment is due after the requested service is completed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We do not charge a fee for no-shows or late cancellations.

In short: You pay after service, and you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.

4. Estimates and Authorization

Before work begins, we provide an initial estimate. By authorizing repairs, you approve the requested work and the necessary materials.

If the work or estimate changes, we will communicate the revision before proceeding when reasonably possible. Your approval of the final invoice and your payment are confirmation that you approve the repairs performed and the final amount charged.

5. Vehicle Testing and Operation

You authorize Freedom Auto Repair staff to operate your vehicle on public roads when reasonably necessary for testing, inspection, diagnosis, or delivery.

6. Vehicle Valuables and Overnight Parking

Please remove valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Vehicles may be parked outside overnight in our secured and locked lot.

To the extent permitted by law, Freedom Auto Repair is not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, vandalism, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

7. Parts

Parts listed on your repair order or invoice are new unless identified as remanufactured, rebuilt, used, or recycled.

8. Payment Security

To the extent permitted by California law, Freedom Auto Repair may retain possession of a vehicle until the balance owed for authorized services and materials has been paid.

9. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You agree that we may send estimates, work orders, invoices, and related service communications by email or text message.

A digital image of your signature may be treated as equivalent to your written signature and as evidence of your agreement to these Terms and the applicable repair order.

10. Our Website and Content

Our website content is provided for general business and service information. You may use it for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website.

11. Service Disclaimer

We perform services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms removes any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded under California or other applicable law.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Auto Repair is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply prospectively after they are posted on the website. Material changes should be communicated to customers where appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law, except where applicable law provides consumers with rights that cannot be waived. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law allows the consumer to bring the dispute elsewhere.
